Gate Array IC Design Engineer
Hired by request of internal designer for short-term project for reverse engineering and design of specialized PC controller circuit. Designed and laid out CMOS gate arrays. Converted customer logic into standard macrocells; simulated and debugged design using SILOS simulator. Produced final schematic artwork and bonding diagram for customer designed package. Hand placed and routed macrocells; checked layout versus schematic with ECAD software.
