Technical
Project Management
View examples of the project management techniques used for Sony Entertainment Pictures. The goal for this project was to install an automated "props" rental system for the warehouse. Each week, a brief was scheduled, focused meetings with the warehouse personnel, IT department representatives, and the vendor. Go to Sony Pictures Case Study to view sample agendas and meeting minutes.
Management
Presentations
Periodically, in managing a project, business or other non-technical analysis will need to be done. Even though the analysis may be non-technical, the tools required to produce the information and the underlying skills needed to interpret the data are often highly technical in nature.
