To receive an email reminder or reset of your password and/or User Name, you can email us your request. To receive a reminder/reset, please include your first name, last name, and online User Name if you know it, as well as a phone number where you can currently be reached. Please note that All password/User Name reminder/reset requests received via email will be fulfilled through an email response sent to the email address we currently have on file for you. If you have changed your email address or can no longer access the email address you listed at registration, please contact us by phone.
